Description of the problem	While driving at a speed of 30 mph the outside sidewall and tread completely separated on the tire. These were cooper discoverer s/t lt265/70 r17 made in utah 02/05. The side wall remained on the rim as well as the remaining parts of the tire, it was wide open between the tread and the sidewall all the way around the tire. Not a "blowout" the tire came apart. If this would have been at highway speed i wouldn't be writing this.
