| Description of the problem | Tl*the contact owns a 2005 dodge ram 1500. The contact stated that while driving 30 mph the front driver side hub wheel bearing failed and the wheel came off. The vehicle slid 120 feet before it stopped. The vehicle was towed to a dealer and an investigation was done. The dealer stated that there was no manufacturers defect found and the failure was caused by normal wear and tear. The vehicle was not repaired. The failure and current mileages were 93,000.
