Description of the problem	2005 dodge ram hemi pickup truck. Slowing from 35 mph to take a significant corner when i discover there is no steering to speak of (strongman steering only). I barely make the corner almost hitting a newly renovated church. My next inclination is to pull the truck over and stop and i experience minimal to no brakes with maximum effort. No sensation that it had stalled and no indication on the panel indicator lights. I had the radio of and the fan on low with only road noise and i had no idea the engine had stalled. I've been driving safely for 33 years and this tops the list of freaky incidents and sensations (tops losing a wheel). Turned the ignition off and then back on and the truck started like nothing had happened. Drove the truck straight to the local garage. I'm concerned about the incident (very dangerous) and the fact that there are so many similar complaints about this situation online that relate to the hemi pickups. This could easily cause major accidents to innocent, unknowing people and families.
