Description of the problem	Vehicle stalls suddenly while traveling, with no warning, the engine light doesn't come on or anything. You have to stop and put it in park to restart (tried to restart in neutral-doesn't work). When it shuts off, there is no power steering or brakes, but luckily it usually starts up fairly quickly because it is very scary when you are on the highway. Have taken it to the dodge dealership twice and they said "they have no idea what it is".
