Description of the problem	I started noticing my truck wanting to lose power when getting to a low cruising speed; approximately 25 - 30mph's. The truck would start to rev up and down, bouncing the rpm's from 900 to about 1600 as if you were tapping the gas pedal. Then the next occasion while it was happening, i came to a stop light and the truck completely died/shut off. Now its been happening for about a week or so and now when i go to take off from a dead stop, i have to really get on the pedal to make it take off. I took the truck in to see what was wrong with it when the check engine light came on, they reported a 406 error reading: the egr value was not functioning correctly. I went to my local dodge dealership and they told me that they have been having this problem alot with the vehicles coming back... Come to find out, that is not covered under any type of warranty.
