| Description of the problem | My dodge ram 1500 with a hemi engine has stalled numerous times while slowing down to make a turn at an intersection. When the engine drops down to about 1200 rpm, it just quits without warning, killing the power brakes and power steering mechanism in manual. This truck is over 6000 pounds, adrift, half way through an intersection. Twice i have nearly run over a small vehicle stopped at the intersection. Yesterday i went off the road. Someone will be hurt in one of these instances. I have read numerous posts on this engine problem. Dodge needs to recall this truck and fix this problem. |
