| Description of the problem | Tl*the contact owns a 2005 dodge ram 1500. The contact noticed a problem with the windshield wipers which stopped functioning on delay. They would stop in the middle of the windshield when he deactivated them. He later noticed that the left turn signal and the left headlight failed to function. A warning code illuminated on the instrument panel; however, he was unable to identify the code. The contact called an automotive parts store who stated that the problem could have been caused by the multi-function switch. The vehicle had not been inspected or repaired. The manufacturer was not notified of the failure. The current mileage was approximately 150,000. The failure mileage was approximately 147,000. |
