| Description of the problem | Over the last few years, i have experienced problems with my 2005 dodge ram truck. Occasionally when slowing down to a stop light or making a left turn from a stop, the engine will cut off. I immediately turn the ignition off and then back on, and the trucks works perfectly after that. I first attributed it to a stall or bad gas, but now believe it is an ignition switch problem. I have contacted chrysler regarding this, but they are unwilling to inspect my truck without first charging an exorbitant service fee. I feel this diagnostic fee is very unreasonable, as this defect with the truck is a safety hazard to the drivers around me. I have contacted chrysler multiples times, and am now escalating this by filing this complaint. |
