Description of the problem	Dt: the contact stated while driving 45 mph on a city street, a vehicle pulled out in front of the contact causing a collision. Occupants of both vehicles sustained minor injuries, and the air bags did not deploy. A police report was taken. The vehicle was towed to an independent repair shop who determined it was totaled.
