Description of the problem	This truck was purchased from autobarn in linden, pa. It was involved in a head on collision while entering a highway on a on ramp and none of the air bags deployed. After investigating it was found that the truck had 2 open recalls for airbags. The owner of autobarn was contacted and explained what had happened and further explained that a bill was passed in 2018 forbidding the sale of any vehicle with open recalls unless the purchaser agreed in writing that the vehicle would be accepted in that condition. No such form was signed. He further stated that he had no idea he was responsible. He was advised that this truck should have never been sold and through his negligence he endangered both occupants in the vehicle in the accident. Autobarn sells many vehicles and i wonder how many others have been sold in violation of this law.
