Description of the problem	Tl* the contact owned a 2005 dodge ram 1500. While driving at various speeds, the contact heard an abnormal noise coming from the vehicle. Immediately after hearing the abnormal noise, the vehicle began to vibrate violently and caused the contact to crash into a retainer wall. The air bags failed to deploy.
