Description of the problem	We received a recall notice which is not dated and called but the dealership said they don't have the part and will contact us when they do. This recall can cause injury and/or death and i am expected to drive and it, it is not a big deal to chrysler dodge. They continue to make money and new vehicles but allow their loyal customers to drive unsafe vehicles. There was not an estimated follow up given to us on this problem. Before a recall is even done there are injuries or death which start this process and we feel completely unsafe driving this vehicle especially with children. Is this legal or even moral? If something happens to my family i feel chrysler and or your department should be 100% liable. I expect a response immediately due to the seriousness of this matter. I will also follow up.
