Description of the problem	Dt: the consumer's son was driving when vehicle swerved to miss a deer and it tipped over into a ditch while driving 30 mph. Upon impact, the air bag did not deploy. The vehicle would not shut off until it was put into park. The consumer drove the vehicle back home. Later it was taken to a body shop, which did not have diagnostic equipment.
