Description of the problem	When the driver moved across two lanes to initiate a left turn the truck lost all power. The consumer pushed down on the accelerator but noting happened until the driver pushed the pedal all the way to the floor. When the pedal was pushed all the way to the floor the truck lurched forward quickly at a very high rpm. The problem has never occurred again, even after the dealer examined the vehicle.
