Description of the problem	I had purchase 4 tires and only had traveled 5,000 miles . The company i bought them from did not tell me the warranty on the tires until one of them the belt separated i purchase them march 08 and in sept 09 is when it happened. I took it back to the company and they informed me that they only had a year warranty on the tires. They told me that i would have to purchase another one which this was a manufacture defect in the tire. And they told me that they would get with the supplier and see if they could get me credit on the tire. Still not hearing anything about the tire i had another one to separate on 12-19-09. I went and had all the tires and rims taking off of my truck and purchase new rims and tires from a different place and then i went back to the company where i had purchase the defective tires and showed them again that another separated he then wanted to get it and let the supplier see it and i told him not until i hear anything about the first one that he had sent back. He has had the 1st tire for almost 4 months and now he wants the rest i think not. I want a total refund of all my tires but he is talking about tread wear credit.
