Description of the problem	2004 dodge ram 1500 pickup, engine rpm's surge consistently with no consequence other than the truck shutting down. Starts back most of the time with no problem but there has been instances where the truck does not want to restart. While driving the rpm's run fine but when you decelerate for turning or parking or intersections the truck is slow to gear down and the rpm's surge again shutting the truck down. This is a constant problem with the truck.
