Description of the problem	Tlthe contact owns a 2004 dodge ram 1500. While the contact was driving 70 mph she attempted to switch lanes and crashed into a vehicle. The contact applied the brakes and made a sharp right turn causing the vehicle to crash into a metal pole which totaled the vehicle; however, none of the air bags in the vehicle deployed during or after the crash occurred.
