Description of the problem	Tl*the contact owns a 2004 dodge ram 1500 pickup truck. The contact was driving at relatively low speeds when a child passenger was able to remove himself from the child safety seat. The child climbed onto the driver's lap; fell onto the accelerator pedal which caused the vehicle to crash into the contact's home at full force.
