Description of the problem	Tlthe contact owns a 2004 dodge ram 1500. While driving 40 mph, the contact crashed into another vehicle. The frontal air bags failed to deploy. The contact struck his head and a police report was filed. Upon further investigation, the insurance company determined that the vehicle was destroyed. The cause of the air bag failure could not be determined. A complaint was filed with the manufacturer and they stated that the contact would receive a follow-up call within 48 hours. The contact did not receive a call back from the manufacturer. He called to inquire about the claim that was filed and was advised to file an additional complaint. The contact finally received a call back from the manufacturer and was informed that someone was coming to inspect the vehicle. During the first complaint, the contact advised the manufacturer that the vehicle was going to be hauled away by the insurance company. He was not informed to keep the vehicle.
