The contact stated that while driving at approximately 60 mph, abnormal noises were coming from the vehicle and veered to the left. The contact stated that the drive shaft was detached from the vehicle. The vehicle was towed to an independent mechanic where it was diagnosed that the rear differential needed to be replaced due to the rear pinion bolt vibrating off the rear axle.
