| Description of the problem | Tl*the contact owns a 2003 dodge ram 1500. The contact noticed that the thermostat indicator on the instrument control panel indicated that the vehicle was overheating. On some occasions, he can see antifreeze and water leaking from the vehicle. He took the vehicle to the dealer and they replaced the water pump. The contact experienced an identical failure several months later and the dealer replaced the reservoir. Currently, the vehicle continues to overheat. The dealer has made numerous repairs, but none of them have successfully remedied the failure. The vin was unknown. The failure mileage was 2,000 and current mileage was 69,145. |
