Description of the problem	The dashboard is cracked in multiple locations and shards of hard, sharp, plastic is falling into interior. Shards are also becoming projectiles when they dislodge from dashboard. While cleaning or touching dashboard, personal injury occurs by being stabbed and/or cut by these cracks in the dashboard. No incident occurred to make this issue a user problem. No extreme hot/cold have occurred.
