Description of the problem	Florida reports many cracked and collapsed dashboards primarily on dodge ram trucks. One ladies dash collapsed while driving with her child at night which shut off all lights and electrical systems. Many problems submitted ro scooper@local6news. Com who has compiled many comlaints. Demnstration showed pieces of dashboard cutting paper like a razor. This makes it a safety defect as well as inferior materiel used for these dash boards.. So far dodge has accepted no responsibility for this defect. My own 2002 dodge ram has such cracks in the dashboard. I believe that further research will show this to be a definite problem as well as safety issue.
