Description of the problem | There was no singular event that caused this failure. The dashboard is cracking and falling apart. New cracks appear in places randomly and problem is getting worse over time. Nothing has been done to correct the failure- dodge offered to replace the part for $600 plus labor. This is a very dangerous condition. During an accident chunks from the dash can fly out and be propelled by the airbag. Dodge must replace this part for everyone's safety. |
