Description of the problem	Upon entry into my truck on sept. 30, 2006 my son said " dad do you know you have a large crack in your dash from passenger side defrost vent to almost the airbag ?" i had just cleaned the interior a few days earlier and the crack was not there then. Since then the cracking is getting worse and i have found this a defect problem that many dodge ram owners have. I fear this problem is not just cosmetic but could affect the passenger side air bag's deployment and possibly more. Replacement costs $500. 00-$800. 00 and no warranty. *nm
