Description of the problem	Tl* the contact owns a 2019 dodge grand caravan. The contact stated that the second-row seat fractured without warning while his son was seated in the seat. No injuries were sustained. The vehicle was taken to orr auto mall (3115 e. Main st, russellville, ar 72802, (479) 967-5575) where the second-row seat was inspected and it was determined that the seat frame seal needed to be replaced.
