Description of the problem	We rented this caravan while on vacation in destin. On our way to return it, this past monday, i was sitting on the driver side second row seat. I wanted to recline my seat a bit ,so i reached my left hand down to pull the lever at the bottom door side of the seat. Instead of that being where a recliing lever would normally be, it was the lever for flipping the entire seat up and snapping down the headrest. It forced me into a forward folded position with great force, then the headrest snapped down on my neck. I was diagnosed with extreme whiplash and torn muscles. Im having migraines due to the injury and pain in my head, neck, shoulders and back. My concern is that if a child would have done the same thing it may have seriously injured them or even killed them. This is a very bad design and needs to be reconfigured.
