Description of the problem	I bought a 2017 dodge grand caravan in february 2019. December 20, 2019 i was driving home and all of my dash lights and warnings came on, my windshield wipers came on, and the odometer and gas gauge went down while turning onto my home street. . We took it to a dodge dealership and after looking and testing things they said it was the instrumental cluster panel.
