Description of the problem	The actuator on the sliding back door has stopped working properly. The door will not unlock or open, causing a major safety issue. This could potentially trap me or my family in the car during a fire or wreck. Upon researching this issue, it is a common issue for doge caravans, yet dodge refuses to recall these faulty actuators.
