Description of the problem	2016 grand caravan. Driver's sliding door just froze-- wil not open electronically or manually. The lock is stuck in the locked position and the power door lock switch won't move door's lock to the 'unlock' position. When you try to move the lock/unlock button/lever on that sliding door, it's stuck in the locked position--even exerting force the lever cannot be moved to the unlocked position-- to much force feels like i'm going to break the lever. The door is in the locked position and is not able to be opened. This is the 2nd time this has happened on this same door
