Description of the problem	2016 grand caravan r/t - driver side sliding door lock is stuck. It responds to nothing. Pressing the dome panel button does nothing. Trying to lock/unlock with the driver's lock button or the remote does nothing. The door lock switch moves, but has a "mushy" feel and never seems to engage or disengage. I've tried pushing the door open (out and back) with as much force as it seems i can without breaking something. Nothing. The door is effectively locked shut and the lock mechanism seems to have failed. To me, this is a big safety concern.
