Description of the problem	The driver's side sliding door on our 2016 dodge caravan cannot be opened. It stopped working after having the vehicle for less than two years. It cannot be opened from the inside or outside which is a safety concern for passengers trying to get out of the vehicle quickly in an emergency. We were told the interior latch was broken and that it would be expensive to fix. I believe this is a known issue with these vehicles as a number of others have reported the same problem.
