Description of the problem	The driver side rear sliding door will not open. It appears to be stuck in the locked position and any attempts to unlock it, either with the fob, all driver (door & overhead) lock/open buttons, or manually trying to move the lock, fail to release it. This occurred when the vehicle was stationary, in park, in our driveway, when i pushed the overhead "door open" button in order to get my children (2 weeks old and 3 years old) out of their car seats. Thankfully we were not involved in an incident requiring immediate evacuation at the time that this occurred. Still, i had to go in via the passenger side sliding door, uninstall my newborn infant's car seat, and leave her on the ground in order to access my toddler's seat and get him out. I'm horrified to think what a dangerous situation this could become in the case of an emergency, or if both doors were to fail. This has rendered the van unusable for my family, as getting everyone in and out quickly and safely is now impossible.
