Description of the problem	The transmission on my dodge caravan failed. The pump on it failed. There is a recall for this same problem but dodge says it's vin specific and mine is not covered. Since they hold all of the info. How do i know they are not lying. The repair cost me $4,700. 00. They refuse to pay. This vehicle should be added to the recall list. Dodge recall is htsa 16v46100.
