| Description of the problem | In the past few months the both sliding doors of the van have not been working properly. Today september 27, 2020 both doors do not open and stay in the lock position. It is only able to open by pulling the lock towards unlock position and then pull the handle. The key fob and the open door buttons in the car do not work and there is a slight click sound sometimes but the door stays locked. This is a big safety issue as if we were to crash our children and or passengers will not be able to exit the car!!!!! Seems like it is happening to quite a few dodge owners. |
