Description of the problem	A few times when turning the key to start the van it did not start or turn over. Turned key back and tried restarting and it started up. Today while driving the dash lights all flashed and the van started to quit. No warnings of any kind this was about to happen. Very dangerous! Luckily the van regained power and i was able to continue down the road. Very dangerous situation and could cause an accident or death. After some investigating i believe the ignition switch may be failing. The key fob is loose in the ignition switch and can be wiggled.
