| Description of the problem | The vehicle had not been in any kind of collision or had any damage to it. One rear sliding door will not unlock or open and the other rear sliding door will not lock. This is a very concerning safety issue. If an accident occurred and the occupants would have to get out of the vehicle very quickly, this could be affecting life or death. In addition, the one sliding door does not lock so when the vehicle is in motion it can be opened. This is a concern for me because i have small children.. In addition, this is a major security issue since there is no way to secure the vehicle. I have found many other people that have the same complaints about a defect in this vehicle and nothing being done about it. All i was told was it takes $1,200 to fix it for each door. |
