Description of the problem	The driver side rear sliding door is locked and will not unlock. I took it to the dealership and they said nothing was wrong. Two days later, the same issue happened. The door has been locked shut for 1 month now. When i lock/unlock the doors from the door handle, sometimes it works and sometimes it does not. I noticed that the driver door would occasionally lock, but not unlock when the passenger side doors would unlock. The entire lock system makes me very nervous if i were to get in a wreck. Since there are no manual locks, it's possible that all doors be locked and my family (3 kids) would not be able to get out of the vehicle. I took back to the dealership and they said it's a common issue with this make/model. It will require a technician taking front dash apart and replacing a wireless sensor. If this is so common, why no warranty when it's a clear safety issue? 55,000 miles, 2016 model.
