Description of the problem	The driver's side passenger sliding door is permanently locked due to a faulty actuator. This poses a serious safety issue for those riding in the back of the van, if the other slider is damaged, the passengers could become trapped in the vehicle. In researching this problem i have encounter thousands of others with the same probably in model years 2014-2017. The power locks work fine, then suddenly the one slider will not operate. This is an expensive repair that should be issue a recall for safety issues. I have contacted dodge concerning this issue, with no response.
