Description of the problem	Approaching a t interesection on a reidential street at about 15 mph, i turned right and the vehicle steering was hard and i held on to the steering wheel to direct the vehicle to the street on the right. I stepped on the brakes it did not respond. I stepped on the parking brake foot pedal and the brake dashboard lite turned on but vehicle kept going.. I panicked and somehow i managed to slow down and shift the vehicle to p the to d then to p and turned off the ignition. I checked the engine, brake fluid and power steering fluid.. Everything was ok.
