Description of the problem	Accelerator sticks when full throttle is applied. I traded a 2010 chrysler lx van i had for 5 years in on this vehicle and it had the same problem. The chrysler accelerator was replaced twice, once at my expense and once on a recall and the problem was not corrected. Today was the first time i experienced this problem with the dodge van i bought in january 2016. From previous experience i knew what to do or i could have had a serious accident. I was on a 4-lane city street and changing lanes at the time the problem occurred. A less experienced driver would likely have been involved in a rear end collision. I was able to put the edge of my shoe under the accelerator and pull it up off the floor. Is there a recall on the dodge and if not what can i do to prevent this happening again? I am concerned for the safety of me and my family when my wife drives the van.
