Description of the problem	The driver's active headrest deployed without impact while we were driving on a state highway. It struck my wife in the back of the head. She initially thought that we had been rear-ended. This could have easily caused the loss of control or a collision if we had been in traffic at the time. She has been suffering with headaches since the incident. Our van has never been in an accident and has 77k miles. We have an appointment to take the vehicle to a dealer, but it has not been repaired at this time.
