Description of the problem	Cpsc: i1470304a. 2014 dodge grand caravan. Consumer stated while trying to fold down the rear seat it came slamming down on his hand. *ln the consumer stated he followed the numbered straps as instructed and the last strap made the seat slam down on his hand, which was placed on the top of the rear bumper as stability and leverage for reaching in to pull the straps. The skin on his hand was torn. It took several doctor visits and x-rays to determine the bone was not broken, but there was a deep contusion.
