Description of the problem	I flipped on my brights, while driving on back roads at night. The dash lights all lit up, the light brightness began blinking in and out, and even the radio switched off and on. When i turned the brights off, the airbag light stayed lit, then the stability assist light lit back up. I flipped the brights on again, with the same result as the first time.
