Description of the problem	Driver stopped at a stop sign, turned right, accelerated to 10-15 mph and the vehicle's engine shut off. At the same time the four way lights began flashing, horn sounded (like a car alarm activated - on-off-on-off), wipers began moving back and forth along with wind shield fluid spraying out. After coasting to a stop, the driver smelled something burning and immediately evacuated the vehicle and called 911. Fire crews arrived to find a fire in the engine compartment, driver's side.
