Description of the problem	About a week ago the van would not start. The battery was completely dead after being parked overnight. After charging the battery, i've had no issues starting the van, but the headlamps and air condition fan dim and return to full power every five to ten seconds. Twice, the van has just shut off while driving on city streets at about 35 mph or while stopping at an intersection.
