Description of the problem	We had experienced cold air coming from hvac in winter and recently had hot air coming on while using the ac. There was recall for 2014but not 2013. I have requested dodge pay for the repairs as i have already paid to have it diagnosed. We are unable to adjust the hvac system temps and was advised i need a blend door actuator that should be covered under x64 warranty extension. I would expect dodge to pay for this. They wanted me to get it diagnosed at a dealership (i paid $75 to have it diagnosed) for 4124 then they would consider paying repairs; made no sens to me. Recall 24-005-16 should be extended to cover my 2013. Please provide dodge corporate office contact info if you could. I would appreciate whatever can be done to get this fixed.
