| Description of the problem | The passenger seat headrest deployed, the passenger was adjusting the seat to move back and adjusting the angle of the seat. There was no car accident to activate this action. It was startling to hear this and see this. It is highly defective in it's activision mechanism. The dealer wants to charge to fix this in the $1000. I see no logical reason for the head rest and now i can see if it deployed on the driver's seat, causing an accident.*dt consumer stated head rest has not been repaired.*jb |
