Description of the problem	The dodge grand caravan 2013 has 147,631 miles on it, and when starting the vehicle for 2 weeks it occasionally took 3-7 seconds to start the engine. Then the fuse/relay shorted out for the fuel pump because of the faulty electrical fuse box, causing the fuel pump to burn out. A new fuel pump was installed into the gas tank, and a dodge factory part called an external wire kit was hard-wired into the wires for the fuel pump so that it could bypass the permanently burnt-out fuel pump fuse/relay part of the fuse box.
