Description of the problem	Tl* the contact owns a 2013 dodge grand caravan. While driving various speeds, the transmission would downshift or shift into neutral. The contact coasted the vehicle to the side of the road and powered off the engine. The vehicle was restarted and was able to drive normally. The failure recurred.
